Council Member Elliott introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 — 39 <br />RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PUBLIC HEARINGS ON ALL LAND USE ISSUES HE <br />HELD BEFORE THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD <br />WHEREAS: the Lino Lakes City Codes provides that public hearings <br />regarding land us issue may be held before the City <br />Council or the Planning and Zoning Board, <br />WHEREAS: the City Council desires to hold all public hearings <br />regarding land use issues before the Planning and Zoning <br />Board to provide extra time at regular Council meetings <br />to allow for other matters to be considered, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />that all public hearings regarding land use issues <br />(Conditional Use Permits, Rezoning Requests, Preliminary Plat <br />Requests, etc.) be held before the Planning and Zoning Board. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9th day of March, 1992. <br />Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor <br />Marilynf�G.`Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, <br />Reinert, Elliott. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
