Council Member Neal introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 — 40 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />BLACK DUCK ESTATES AND BLACK DUCK ESTATES, SECOND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS: the City Council has approved the preliminary plats for <br />Black Duck Estates and Black Duck Estates, Second <br />Addition, and <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br />the utility and street improvements will be financed by <br />the developer, and <br />it is the policy of the City of Lino Lakes to prepare <br />plans and specification for all developer financed <br />improvements, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. Short -Elliott -Hendrickson, Inc. is hereby designated as <br />the engineer for this improvement. They shall prepare <br />plans and specifications for the making of such <br />improvement. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes Council on March 23, 1992. <br />Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor <br />} <br />Marilyn, <br />G. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Kuether and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, Reinert, <br />Elliott. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
