Council Member Neal introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 41 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF REPORT - SHORES OR MARSHAN LAKE <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Shores <br />of Marshan Lake, filed with the Council on March 23, <br />1992, is hereby declared to be signed by the required <br />percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This <br />declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 429.035 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City <br />Charter. <br />2. The petition is hereby referred to Toltz, King, Duvall, <br />Anderson, and they are instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed advising the Council <br />in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it should <br />best be made as proposed or in connection with some <br />other improvement, and the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as recommended. <br />Adopted by the Council this 23rd day of March, 1992. <br />• <br />Vernon F. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Council Member Kuether and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Neal, Kuether, Reinert, Elliott. <br />The following voted against same: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
