Council Member Kuether <br />moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 — 44 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET FOR THE <br />APOLLO DRIVE IMPROVEMENTS <br />WHEREAS: pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted on <br />February 24, 1992 with reference to the Apollo Drive <br />Improvement, an Environmental Assessment Worksheet was <br />received by the council on March 24, 1992; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Lino lakes that the council accepts the Environmental Assessment <br />Worksheet and authorizes its distribution to the Environmental <br />Quality board and other as per Minnesota Statutes Chapter <br />4410.1500. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23rd day of March, <br />1992. <br />Vernon F.
