Council Member Kuether introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 45 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF REPORT - BRANDYWOOD ESTATES, SECOND ADDITION <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of <br />Brandywood Estates, Second addition, filed with the <br />Council on March 23, 1992, is hereby declared to be <br />signed by the required percentage of owners of property <br />affected thereby. This declaration is made in <br />conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035 and <br />Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />2. The petition is hereby referred to Short -Elliott - <br />Hendrickson, Inc., and they are instructed to report to <br />the Council with all convenient speed advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it should <br />best be made as proposed or in connection with some <br />other improvement, and the estimated cost of the <br />improvement as recommended. <br />Adopted by the Council this 23rd day of March, 1992. <br />Vernon F. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Council Member Elliott and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Neal, Kuether, Reinert, Elliott. <br />The following voted against same: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
