Council Member Kuether introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 46 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON THE <br />IMPROVEMENT OF BRANDYWOOD ESTATES, SECOND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted on <br />March 23, 1992 with reference to the improvement of <br />Brandywood Estates, Second Addition, and this <br />report was received by the Council on April 13, <br />1992, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of the <br />Brandywood Estates, Second Addition subdivision in <br />accordance with the report and the assessment of <br />benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter <br />429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter at an <br />estimated total cost of the improvement of $191,416.00. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvement on the 26th day of May, 1992 in the council <br />chambers of the city hall at 7:00 P.M. and the Clerk <br />shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing <br />and improvements as required by law. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of <br />April, 1992. <br />Vernon F.
