Council Member Kuether introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 55 <br />RESOLUTION INITIATING IMPROVEMENT PROCEDURE, APOLLO DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to construct a street running parallel <br />with I35W beginning at Sunset Road and terminating at <br />Lake Drive (County Road 23), and <br />WHEREAS, the City proposes to study whether this street should be <br />constructed as a municipal state aid street or a county <br />state aid street as proposed by Anoka County, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes proposes to assess the cost of <br />construction and other related costs to the benefitted <br />property owners, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter <br />429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />that the proposed improvement be taken under advisement for study <br />and determine whether the improvement should best be made as <br />proposed or in connection with some other improvement. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of April, <br />1992. <br />Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor <br />Marilyn G. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Elliott and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof :Neal, Kuether, Reinert, <br />Elliott, Bergeson. <br />The following voted against same: none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
