Council Member Kuether introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 92 — 56 RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATIONS OF PLANS FOR APOLLO DRIVE WHEREAS, a certain Resolution No. 104 - 91 was adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council on November 12, 1991 ordering a feasibility report regarding the construction of Apollo Drive, and WHEREAS, a certain Resolution No. 92 - 17 was adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council on February 10, 1992 receiving the report, and WHEREAS, a certain Resolution No. 92 - 50 was adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council on April 6, 1992 call for the improvement hearing scheduled for May 26, 1992, and WHEREAS, a certain Resolution No. 92 - 55 was adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council on April 13, 1992 initiating the construction project, Apollo Drive, WHEREAS, certain questions and concerns raised by the landowners relating to the construction of Apollo Drive can only be answered or alleviated by preparation on plans and specifications, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA, 1. The City Council finds is necessary to order the preparation of plans and specifications at this time. 2. John Powell, TKDA is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
