RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 58 <br />Page -2- <br />WHEREAS, failure to construct the improvements indicated prior to <br />development of the adjacent property will result in <br />insufficient roadway facilities requiring costly measures <br />to provide similar improvements, <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />That the City of Lino Lakes requests that Anoka County enter <br />into a Cooperative Construction Agreement for improvements to <br />CSAH 23 (Lake Drive). <br />That the City of Lino Lakes requests Anoka County to enter <br />into an agreement with Mn/DOT for the turn back of T.H. 49 <br />from the southwest intersection with CSAH 23 north and east to <br />the State Correctional Facility. <br />That the improvements be completed in these agreements shall <br />be as recommended in the Level 1 Layout which has been <br />previously discussed by the parties involved. <br />That the attached cost sharing proposal be utilized in <br />determining funding source. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of April, <br />1992. <br />Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor <br />Marilyn G Anderson, Clerk- reasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Elliott and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, Reinert, <br />Elliott, Bergeson. <br />The following voted against same: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
