Council Member Elliott introduced the following resolution <br />`.. and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 59 <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING MN/DOT TO RECONVEY EXCESS RIGHTS-OF-WAY <br />RESULTING FROM PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS TO T.H. 49 (HODGSON ROAD) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has proposed a Cooperative <br />Construction Agreement for improvements to T.H. 49 <br />(Hodgson Road) and these proposed improvements result in <br />excess Mn/DOT rights-of-way, and <br />WHEREAS, the excess rights-of-way combined with the "parcel <br />remainder", due to the realignment, will result in a <br />parcel of land adequate for development, <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />That the City of Lino Lakes requests Mn/DOT to reconvey excess <br />rights-of-way resulting from the proposed improvement to T.H. <br />49 (Hodgson Road) <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of April, <br />1992. <br />1 <br />Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor <br />Marilyn . Anderson, Clerk <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, Reinert, <br />Elliott, Bergeson. <br />The following voted against same: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
