RESOLUTION NO. 92-69 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING <br />PERSONAL COMPUTER PURCHASE PLAN <br />WHEREAS, it has been posed that the City establish a purchase plan to assist <br />employees in the purchase of personal computers; and <br />WHEREAS, the objective of such a plan would be to increase computer literacy <br />skills of City employees by exposure to the use of personal computers at home; and <br />WHEREAS, the use of personal computers at home would increase the <br />familiarity and ease with which City employees use computers and computer <br />technology; and <br />WHEREAS, an Employee Personal Computer Plan has been proposed as set <br />forth in Exhibit "A" appear to be reasonable and proper; and <br />WHEREAS, it would be reasonable and proper to include City Council members <br />in the purchase plan. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes that the Employee Personal Computer Purchase Plan attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit "A" be and hereby is approved, and the <br />City Administrator be and hereby is authorized to implement the terms set forth in the <br />Employee Personal Computer Purchase Plan. <br />This Resolution shall become effective upon its passage and without <br />publication. <br />Attest: <br />Marilyn G.
