Council Member Neal introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-84 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR VACATION <br />OF UTILITY EASEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the previously obtained easement is no longer necessary, and <br />WHEREAS, the City has obtained alternate utility easements in the <br />vicinity, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br />that a public hearing be set on Monday, August 10, 1992 <br />at 6:45 P.M. to consider vacating the following described utility <br />easement <br />Ten feet on each side of the following described line: <br />Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 4, Block 3, Rashanau Lake <br />Estates, thence in a westerly direction parallel to and 325 feet <br />south of the centerline of Birch Street, a distance of 183 feet; <br />thence in a northerly direction parallel to and 183 feet west of <br />the west boundary of Reshanau Lake Estates to a point of <br />intersection with a line parallel to and 253 feet south of the <br />centerline of Birch Street; thence in a westerly direction along a <br />line parallel to and 253 feet south of the centerline of Birch <br />street to a point of intersection with a line 23 feet west of the <br />extended centerline of Seventh Avenue; thence in a southerly <br />direction along a line 23 feet west and parallel to the extended <br />centerline of Seventh Avenue to a point of interesection with a <br />line 23 feet south of the extended centerline of Chippewa Trail; <br />thence in a westerly direction along a line 23 feet south of the <br />extended centerline of Chippewa Trail to a point of intersection <br />with the west boundary line of Shenandoa Second Addition and there <br />terminating. Reinert, Mayor <br />Marilyn G: Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Elliott and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, Reinert, Elliott, Bergeson. <br />The following voted against same: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />
