Council Member Kuether introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 89 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING <br />THE CITY ENGINEER TO SIGN TITLE SHEET OF THE PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS FOR COUNTY ROAD J (ASH STREET) IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS: plans and specifications for the County Road J <br />Improvement have been prepared by Anoka County and <br />such plans and specifications have been presented <br />to the City Council for approval; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby <br />approved. <br />2. The City Engineer is hereby authorized to Sign the Title <br />Sheet of the Plans and Specifications. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of <br />August, 1992. <br />Vernon F.
