Council Member Elliott introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 90 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT OF APOLLO DRIVE <br />WHEREAS: a resolution of the City Council adopted the <br />24th day of February, 1992, fixed a date for a <br />Council hearing on the proposed improvement of <br />Apollo Drive, <br />WHEREAS: ten days' mailed notice and two week's published <br />notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was <br />held thereon on the 26th day of May, 1992, at which <br />all persons desiring to be heard were given an <br />opportunity to be heard thereon, and <br />WHEREAS: the 60 day waiting period from the date of the <br />public hearing has lapsed as required by the City <br />Charter, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES: <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the <br />Council resolution adopted the 24th day of February, <br />1992. <br />Adopted by the Council this 27th day of July1992. <br />Vernon F. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Bergeson and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, <br />Kuether, Reinert, Elliott, Bergeson. <br />The following voted against same: none. <br />Where upon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
