Council Member Elliott <br />moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 105 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT, AREA <br />ADJACENT TO APOLLO DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the area adjacent to Apollo <br />Drive described as part of the northwest 1/4 of Section <br />17, Township 31, Range 22 lying north of I35W and west of <br />CSAH No. 23 (Lake Drive) and to assess the benefitted <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 <br />and the lino Lakes City Charter, Chapter 8. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Engineer, <br />Darrell Schneider for study and that he is instructed to report to <br />the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible <br />and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of <br />the improvement as recommended. <br />Adopted by the Council this 24th day of August, 1992. <br />Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor <br />-4A <br />Mar lyra) G. ` Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, <br />Reinert, Elliott, Bergeson. <br />The following voted against same: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
