Council Member Neal introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 — 106 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON THE T.H. 49/CSAH NO. <br />23 (LAKE DRIVE) INTERSECTION RE—ALIGNMENT IN THE FORM OF A "LEVEL <br />ONE LAYOUT DOCUMENT'1IN ACCORDANCE WITH MNDOT PROCEDURES FOR THE <br />DEVELOPMENT OF THIS PROJECT BY COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve and re -align the intersection <br />of T.H. 49/CSAH No. 23 (Lake Drive) according to procedures <br />outlined above and to assess the benefitted property for all or a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429 and the Lino Lakes City Charter, Chapter 8, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to City Engineer, Darrell <br />Schneider for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible <br />and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in <br />connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of <br />the improvement as recommended. <br />Adopted by the Council this 24th day of August, 1992. <br />Vernon F. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Elliott and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, Reinert, <br />Elliott, Bergeson. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
