Council Member Neal introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 117 <br />RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING ON MSAP 210-115-01 - APOLLO DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, the City has planned the improvement of MSAP 210-115-01 <br />(Apollo Drive) from Sunset Road to Lilac Street, and; <br />WHEREAS, the City will be expending Municipal State Aid Funds on <br />the improvement of this roadway and; <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for <br />parking on both sides of the street, and approval of the <br />proposed construction as a Municipal State aid Street <br />project must therefore be conditioned upon certain <br />parking restrictions; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on both sides of <br />MSAP 210-115-01 (Apollo Drive) at all times. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of September, <br />1992. <br />Marlyn <br />Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor <br />r <br />,1/e et_ii2J64 <br />Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Kuether and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, <br />Reinert, Elliott, Bergeson. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
