Council Member Neal introduced the <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92-118 <br />RESOLUTION RESTRICTING PARKING ON MSAP 02-632-08, 62-601-07 <br />COUNTY ROAD J (CSAH 32) <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County has planned the improvement of MSAP <br />02-632-08, 62-601-07 from West Royal Oaks Drive to Hodgson <br />Road, and <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County and the City will be expending <br />Municipal State Aid Funds on the improvement of this roadway <br />and <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width <br />for parking on both sides of the street, and approval of the <br />proposed construction as a Municipal State Aid Street Project <br />must therefore be conditioned upon certain parking <br />restrictions; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA <br />The City shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on the <br />Lino Lakes side of MSAP 02-632-08, 62-601-07 (County Road J) <br />at all times. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 14th day of <br />September, 1992. <br />(224:4,(-Werl <br />Mari yr� Anderson, City Clerk <br />Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Council Member Kuether and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Neal, Kuether, Reinert, Elliott, Bergeson. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
