Council member Bergeson introduced the <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NUMBER 92-122 <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1992 GENERAL FUND BUDGET TO ACCOUNT <br />FOR THE FOLLOWING ADJUSTMENTS (BUDGET AMENDMENT NUMBER 2). <br />WHEREAS: the following adjustments should be made to account <br />for the 49er contract settlement (see supporting <br />document page 1) <br />INCREASE <br />Public Works 4,852 <br />Parks 1,954 <br />Police (non union personal) 130 <br />Administration (non union personal) 130 <br />Engineering (non union personal) 30 <br />Salary Reserve <br />Total <br />DECREASE <br />7,096 <br />7,096 7,096 <br />AND WHEREAS: the Public Works budget should be amended to <br />reflect the 4th avenue ditch cleaning project <br />(see supporting document page 2), <br />AND WHEREAS: the budget for Solid Waste Revenues and <br />Expenditures should be amended to reflect final <br />cost figures from Anoka County (See supporting <br />document page 3), <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the general fund budget be <br />amended accordingly. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Neal and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, <br />Reinert, Elliott, Bergeson. <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Member Kuether was absent. <br />Passed the 12th <br />day of October , 1992. <br />Vernon F.
