Council Member Kuether introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 134 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A HEARING ON THE <br />APOLLO DRIVE T RUNK SANITARY SEWER AND WATERMAIN IMPROVMENTS <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted on <br />August 24, 1992 with reference to the improvement <br />of Apollo Drive trunk utilities and this report was <br />received by the Council on November 9, 1992, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement for utility <br />extension on Phase II, Apollo Drive in accordance with <br />the report and the assessment of benefited property for <br />all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant <br />to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and Chapter 8 of the <br />Lino Lakes City Charter at an estimated total cost of <br />the improvement of $461,019.00. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvement on the 14th day of December, 1992 in the <br />council chambers of the city hall at 6:45 P.M. and the <br />Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such <br />hearing and improvements as required by law. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9th day of <br />November, 1992. <br />Vernon F. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Bergeson and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />
