Council member Kuether introduced the <br />following resolution and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 138 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF MONIES <br />FROM THE SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT FUND AND <br />THE ESCROW FUND TO THE INTERIM CONSTRUCTION FUND <br />WHEREAS, Section 5 Drainage should be paid from the Surface Water <br />Management Fund, and <br />WHEREAS, Birchwood is paid from the Escrow Fund, and <br />WHEREAS, Lakes #9 should be paid from the Escrow Fund, and <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be made <br />effective December 14, 1992. <br />INCREASE DECREASE <br />Interim Construction Fund (550) $ 5,421 <br />Surface Water Management Fund (450) <br />Escrow Fund (803) <br />(4,856) <br />( 565) <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 14th day of <br />December, 1992. <br />• <br />Vernon F.
