Council member Kuether introduced the <br />following resolution and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 140 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF MONIES <br />FROM THE WATER OPERATING FUND AND <br />THE INDUSTRIAL PARK FUND <br />TO THE 1992 IMPROVEMENT BOND FUND AND THE <br />AREA AND UNIT FUND <br />WHEREAS, Resolution 92-133 authorized the prepayment of assessments <br />for the Industrial Park, and <br />WHEREAS, an Industrial Park Fund has been established, and <br />WHEREAS, three of the lots will be paid from this fund to be <br />reimbursed from the sale of the lots, and <br />WHEREAS, the fourth lot is to be paid with bond proceeds from the <br />1992 Water Revenue Bonds, and <br />WHEREAS, these assessments were to be paid to the 1992 Improvement <br />Bond and the Area and Unit Fund. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be made <br />effective December 14, 1992. <br />1992 Improvement Bond Fund (521) <br />Area and Unit Fund (406) <br />Water Operating Fund (601) <br />Industrial Park Fund (551) <br />INCREASE <br />$43,730.15 <br />15,438.24 <br />DECREASE <br />(10,461.24) <br />(48,707.15) <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 14th day of <br />December, 1992. <br />Vernon F.
