Council member <br />Kuether <br />introduced the <br />following resolution and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 141 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE WRITE OFF OF <br />CITY PROPERTY ASSESSMENTS FOR BLACK DUCK ESTATES, <br />CITY HALL, AND SUNRISE MEADOWS <br />WHEREAS, Black Duck Estates have been sold and a purchase agreement <br />has been finalized, and <br />WHEREAS, Main Street is complete and there were assessments charged <br />to City Hall, and <br />WHEREAS, per the City Charter, we <br />these assessments, and <br />cannot levy a tax to pay for <br />WHEREAS, Rice Lake Estates land became Sunrise Meadows and both <br />projects are complete. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following assessment <br />receivables be written off effective December 14, 1992. <br />Closed Bond Fund <br />1988 Improvement <br />Adopted by the <br />December, 1992. <br />(501) ($121,241.96) <br />Bond Fund (515) ( 10,801.36) <br />City Council of Lino Lakes this 14th day of <br />Vernon F.
