Council member Kuether introduced the <br />following resolution and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 142 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE WRITE OFF OF <br />TAX FORFEIT ASSESSMENT RECEIVABLES <br />FROM THE CLOSED BOND FUND <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County has provided the City with a list of all tax <br />forfeit parcels in the City, and <br />WHEREAS, Anoka County shows no balance due on theses parcels, and <br />WHEREAS, these parcels are in Black Duck Estates. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following tax forfeit <br />assessment receivables be written off effective December 14, 1992. <br />Closed Bond Fund (501) ($99,666.26) <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 14th day of <br />December, 1992. <br />Vernon F.
