Council member Kuether <br />�..- following resolution and move its adoption: <br />introduced the <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 143 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE WRITE OFF OF <br />VARIOUS ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE <br />WHEREAS, Root graphs from 1989 and 1990 have been certified, and <br />WHEREAS, there remains a balance that will not be collected due to <br />resident change, and <br />WHEREAS, there are receivables from 1991 that cannot be collected <br />due to companies no longer in business, and <br />WHEREAS, there is a curb stop box that the resident should not have <br />been billed, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville will not pay for police overtime <br />incurred after the contract expired, and <br />WHEREAS, the are subdivision fees open prior to 1986 that there is <br />no information available. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following receivables be <br />written off December 14, 1992. <br />Root Graphs 519.79 <br />Meridian Homes (overweight permits) 450.00 <br />Division I Real Estate (trees) 210.00 <br />Gary Athman (curb stop box) 37.50 <br />City of Centerville 66.13 <br />Subdivision Fees 1,789.01 <br />TOTAL $3,072.43 <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino es this 14th day of <br />December, 1992. <br />Vernon F.
