Council member Kuether introduced the <br />following resolution and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 144 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE WRITE OFF OF <br />VARIOUS UTILITY ACCOUNTS <br />WHEREAS, there a three final utility billing accounts that are <br />deemed uncollectible, and <br />WHEREAS, many attempts have been made to collect the past due <br />balances, and <br />WHEREAS, the new residents can not be held responsible for these <br />past due amounts. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following utility billing <br />past due balances be written off effective December 14, 1992. <br />0-49110-00-3 22.73 <br />0-75025-00-7 75.82 <br />0-15145-03-1 180.62 <br />TOTAL $279.17 <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino es this 14th day of <br />December, 1992. <br />Vernon F.
