Council member Kuether introduced the <br />following resolution and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 145 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CLOSING AND TRANSFER <br />OF VARIOUS ESCROW ACCOUNTS TO THE GENERAL FUND, <br />T.I.F. DISTRICT 1-3 FUND, INTERIM CONSTRUCTION FUND <br />AND 1988B CONSTRUCTION FUND <br />WHEREAS, these escrow accounts are complete, and <br />WHEREAS, Ross' Liquors should be paid from the T.I.F. District 1-3 <br />Fund, and <br />WHEREAS, Otter Bay should be paid from the Interim Construction <br />Fund, and <br />WHEREAS, Reshanau Phase 2 should be paid from the 1988B <br />Construction Fund, and <br />WHEREAS, the remainder is planning time written off to the General <br />Fund. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following closing and <br />transfers be effective December 14, 1992. <br />Interim Construction Fund (550) <br />T.I.F.
