Page 2 <br />12.) Reshanau Phase 2 (GM Development) - No planning time was <br />credited to the General Fund. This was credited to the special <br />assessments. This should be transferred to the Construction Fund. <br />13.) Rohavic Oaks 2 - No planning time was credited to the General <br />Fund. <br />14.) Sunrise Meadows - No planning time was credited to the General <br />Fund. <br />15.) Gene Ardnt - Pete and Mary Kay are looking for the site & <br />building plan to see if it conforms. We should then remit his <br />money to him. <br />16.) Midland Videen Lakeview Woodlands - Don is checking into this. <br />17.) R & J Companies - This should be remitted if we can find the <br />company. <br />18.) Rohavic Oaks 1 (Rosenthal) - We can't find any records, and <br />this is too small to deal with. <br />\... 19.) Shenandoah (Glenn Rehbein) - He paid in full. Not all costs <br />were coded correctly. <br />20.) Bob Rypkema - This was for Schwann Sales. He was reimbursed <br />out of the General Fund. <br />21.) Ken Chapeau - He was reimbursed in 1987 out of the General <br />Fund. <br />22.) Ross' Liquors - These costs related to his T.I.F. application. <br />23.) Peltier View (Rehbein) - $327.83 was reduced from his line of <br />credit and credited to the General Fund. The remaining amount was <br />paid into the General Fund. <br />24.) West Oaks (Bruggeman) - He was never billed for this from <br />1986. The bill came 2 years after last billing. <br />
