Council Member Bergeson introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 06 <br />- 93 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING PUBLIC HEARING DATE FOR VACATION OF EASEMENT FOR <br />DRIVEWAY PURPOSE IN LAKES ADDITION NO. 2 <br />WHEREAS, the previously dedicated easement is no longer <br />necessary due to the platting of Black Duck Estates 2nd Addition, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City and the property owner(s) wish this easement <br />to be vacated, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br />That a public hearing be set for Monday, February 22, 1993 at <br />6:45 P.M. to consider vacating an access easement between Lots 30 <br />and 31, Block 4, Lakes Addition No. 2. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 8th day of F ary, 1993 <br />\�J � Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor <br />Marlyn . Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Elliott and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:Bergeson, <br />Elliott, Kuether, Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
