Member Bergeson introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 09-93 <br />RESOLUTION VACATING AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS PURPOSES <br />OVER LOT 30 BLOCK 4 LAKES ADDITION NO 2 <br />WHEREAS, an easement was granted in 1977 for ingress and <br />egress purposes over Lot 30, Block 4, Lakes Addition No. 2 to serve <br />Outlot K of Lakes Addition No. 2, and <br />WHEREAS, this easement is no longer necessary as ingress and <br />egress will be provided over Lot 17, Block 1, Black Duck Estates <br />Second Addition to White Birch Court, and <br />WHEREAS, when said easement was granted it was the intent and <br />purpose of the City to provide access to the south when it became <br />available, and <br />WHEREAS, this access shall be made available by June 1, 1993 <br />and it is in the best interest of all parties involved to vacate <br />said easement, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following described <br />easement shall be vacated: <br />A 20 foot wide easement for ingress and egress purpose over <br />Lot 30, Block 4, Lakes Addition No. 2, the southerly line of <br />said easement being a line parallel with and 20 feet <br />southwesterly of the northeasterly line of said Lot 30. <br />Recorded as Document No. 487767, Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />December 28, 1977. <br />AND FURTHER RESOLVE that this vacation shall become effective <br />on June 1, 1993. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd day of <br />February 1993. <br />Vernon F.
