Council Member Neal introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 18 — 93 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE <br />INSTALLATION OF SANITARY SEWER AND WATER TRUNK FACILITIES, PHASE <br />II, APOLLO DRIVE <br />WHEREAS: it has been determined that installation of sanitary <br />sewer and water trunk facilities, Phase II, Apollo Drive <br />would be constructed most effectively under the roadway <br />of Apollo Drive, and <br />WHEREAS: it would be the most cost effective to construct the <br />utilities prior to the street construction, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City Council finds the proposed improvement to be in <br />compliance with the established improvement policies. <br />2. The City Council had determined that the proposed installation <br />of the utilities would be most cost effective if completed <br />prior to the construction of Apollo Drive. <br />3. John Powell, TKDA is hereby designated as the engineer for <br />this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications <br />for the making of such improvement. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of April, <br />1993. <br />2 <br />r\ <br />Vernon F. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Elliott and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, <br />Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Member Kuether was absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
