Council member Bergeson introduced the <br />following resolution and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20 - 93 <br />RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE SEWER AND WATER <br />ENTERPRISE FUND TO THE AREA AND UNIT FUND <br />WHEREAS, the rate increase adopted by the City of Lino Lakes in <br />June 1988 anticipated a transfer of funds from the Sewer and Water <br />Enterprise Fund to the Area and Unit Fund, and <br />WHEREAS, the 1990 and 1992 bond sales projected revenue from a <br />combination of connection fees, trunk area assessments and <br />services, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Engineer and Finance Director have determined <br />that the amount from the Sewer and Water Enterprise Fund to the <br />Area and Unit Fund for the first quarter 1993 is $24,431. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be made <br />effective March 31, 1993. <br />Increase <br />Area and Unit (406) 24,431 <br />Sewer and Water Enterprise (601) <br />Adopted by the City Council of L <br />1993. <br />Decrease <br />(24, 431) <br />Lake -6 this 12th day of April, <br />Vernon F.
