Council Member Elliott <br />and moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 22 — 93 <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A LICENSE FEE FOR RESIDENTIAL SOLID WASTE <br />HAULERS LICENSES <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes adopted Ordinance No. 93 - 02 <br />requiring all residential solid waste haulers to be <br />licensed by the City of Lino Lakes, and <br />WHEREAS, the annual license fee for the residential solid waste <br />haulers must be established at a determined rate, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Lino Lakes to set the annual residential solid waste license fee at <br />$75.00 for the first truck and $45.00 for each additional truck <br />operating within the Lino Lakes City limits. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br />passage and publication according to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th <br />day of April , 1993. <br />Vernon F. A derson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergerson, Elliott, <br />Kuether, Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />
