Council Member Neal <br />its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. SU 27 - 93 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING <br />PREPARATION OF REPORT - COUNTRY LAKES ESTATES. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. A certain petition requesting the improvement of Country Lakes Estates, filed <br />with the Council on June 28, 1993, is hereby declared to be signed by the <br />required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is <br />made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035 and Chapter 8 of the <br />Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />2. The petition is hereby referred to TKDA, and they are instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to <br />whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best <br />be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the <br />estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 28th day of June, 1993. <br />Vernon F. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Elliott and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Elliott, Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Member Kuether and Bergeson <br />were absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
