a. Lack of adequate storm water drainage capacity. <br />b. Lack of adequate or safe water supply. <br />c. Lack of adequate roads or highways to serve the <br />subdivision or development. <br />d. Lack of adequate or safe sewage disposal. <br />e. Inconsistent with the Comprehensive Plan. <br />f. Lack of adequate public support facilities (I.e. <br />schools, parks and recreation, fire and police, etc.). <br />g. Inconsistent with environmental protection policies. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of <br />Lino Lakes that the above described criteria is hereby adopted to <br />be used in the evaluation of any and all proposed MUSA Land <br />Expansions/Trades within the City of Lino Lakes. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 28th day of <br />June, 1994. <br />ATTEST: <br />arilym'G. Reinert, Mayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Elliott, Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Members Kuether <br />and Bergeson were absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
