At a duly authorized meeting of the City of Lino Lakes, County of <br />Anoka, State of Minnesota, the following resolution was moved and <br />adopted. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 34 - 93 <br />RESOLUTION ENTERING INTO AGREEMENT WITH ANOKA COUNTY FOR FEDERAL - <br />AID HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT (EAST CSAH #14) <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Lino Lakes as a condition of <br />receipt by the County of Anoka of Federal funds for the <br />construction, reconstruction or improvement of any State Aid <br />Highway within the City enter into an agreement with the County, a <br />copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof: <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Clerk be and they hereby <br />are authorized to execute said Agreement for and on behalf of the <br />City. <br />Adopted this 12th day of July, 1993. <br />Marilyn.
