Council member Elliott introduced the <br />following resolution and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 35-93 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF FUNDS <br />FROM THE SURFACE WATER MANAGEMENT FUND TO THE <br />SEWER AND WATER OPERATING FUND <br />WHEREAS, there are engineering costs for a Local Water Management <br />Plan, and <br />WHEREAS, in 1992, these expenses were paid from the Sewer and <br />Water Operating Fund, and <br />WHEREAS, the Surface Water Management Fund was established to pay <br />for such expenses. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be <br />authorized. <br />Sewer and Water Operating (601) <br />Surface Water Management (450) <br />Adopted by the City Council of Li <br />1993. <br />4:-7xe(G'c i`. <br />Increase Decrease <br />$3,891.49 <br />($3,891.49) <br />this 12th day of July, <br />Vernon F.
