Council Member Elliott introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 43 - 93 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS FOR PHASE II, APOLLO DRIVE IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for Phase II, Apollo <br />Drive Improvement, bids were received, opened and <br />tabulated according to law, and the following bids were <br />received complying with the advertisement: <br />NAME AND ADDRESS BID AMOUNT <br />C. O. Box 367 <br />Osseo, Minnesota 55369 <br />AND WHEREAS, It appears that C. W. Houle, Inc, Shoreview, <br />Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into the attached contract with C. W. Houle, Inc., of <br />Shoreview, Minnesota in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the <br />improvement of Phase II, Apollo Drive Improvement according to the <br />plans and specifications therefor approved by the City Council and <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return <br />forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except <br />that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest <br />Page 1 <br />
