Council Member Neal introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94 - 93 <br />RESOLUTION ELIMINATING THE POSITION OF OPERATIONS/ADMINISTRATIVE <br />OFFICER <br />WHEREAS; the City of Lino Lakes City Council created the position <br />of Operations/Administrative Officer at the March 13, <br />1989 Council meeting, and <br />WHEREAS; the City of Lino Lakes city Council included a pay range <br />of $100.00 to $110.00 per month over top patrol for this <br />position, and <br />WHEREAS; the Chief of Police has reorganized the Police Department <br />effective October 31, 1993 by assigning all sworn <br />personnel to the patrol function, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />The position of Operations/Administrative Officer is <br />eliminated. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of December, <br />1993. <br />Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Mari yn Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Bergeson and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, <br />Kuether, Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
