Council member Kuether <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NUMBER 97-93 <br />introduced the <br />RESOLUTION REDESIGNATING A PORTION OF THE 1993-1994 COMMUNITY <br />DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT FUNDS. <br />Whereas, resolution 08-93 designated $3,275.00 to the City's Surface Water <br />Management Program and, <br />Whereas, this program is complete and these funds are no longer needed in this <br />area and, <br />Whereas, the City has started an Adaptive Recreation Program which will benefit <br />disabled area residents and the City recommends redesignating 1993- <br />1994 monies out of the Surface Water Program and into the Adaptive <br />Recreation Program. <br />Now therefore be it resolved, that the redesignation of $3,275.00 from the Surface <br />Water Management Program to the Adaptive Recration Program for planning purposes <br />be approved. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 13th day of December, 1993 <br />Vernon F. Reinert,Mayor <br />j <br />Marilyn <br />Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />rer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Member Elliott and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Where upon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
