Council member Kuether introduced the <br />following resolution and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94 - 08 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF MONIES FROM <br />THE INTERIM ASSESSMENT FUND <br />TO THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT FUND <br />WHEREAS, all projects have been certified to Anoka County except <br />Pheasant Hills 3rd Addition, and <br />WHEREAS, there is excess funds from interest accrued, and <br />WHEREAS, these funds are available for uses elsewhere, and <br />WHEREAS, there is a need for these funds for purchase of capital <br />equipment. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be <br />authorized effective December 31, 1993. <br />Increase Decrease <br />Capital Improve Proj (401) $20,156 <br />Interim Assess Fund (804) ($20,156) <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino es this 14th day of <br />February, 1994. <br />1/?(J1Ju <br />Marilyn .
