Council member Kuether introduced the <br />following resolution and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94 - 11 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF MONIES FROM <br />THE CLOSED BOND FUND TO THE INTERIM CONSTRUCTION FUND <br />WHEREAS, Elmcrest Avenue costs were paid for from this fund, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes and Hugo were to split the costs <br />evenly, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Hugo paid their half of the costs, and <br />WHEREAS, this project should now be closed. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfer be <br />authorized effective December 31, 1993. <br />Increase Decrease <br />Interim Construction (550) $16,384 <br />Closed Bond Fund (501) ($16,384) <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino fakes this 14th day of <br />February, 1994. <br />lik45, <br />eril yG.
