Council member Kuether introduced the <br />following resolution and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94 - 12 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF MONIES FROM <br />THE AREA AND UNIT FUND TO THE 1991 CONSTRUCTION FUND <br />WHEREAS, construction included costs for trunk water and sewer, and <br />WHEREAS, the costs associated with the trunks was $388,965, and <br />WHEREAS, the assessments attributed to the Area and Unit Fund total <br />$1,400,000, and <br />WHEREAS, the construction fund has a deficit balance because of the <br />trunk construction. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfers be <br />authorized effective December 31, 1993. <br />Increase Decrease <br />1991 Construction Fund (570) $388,965 <br />Area and Unit Fund (406) ($388,965) <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino LJkes this 14th day of <br />February, 1994. <br />Vernon F.
