Council Member <br />Kuether introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />Resolution No. 94 - 18 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING A MINOR PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE <br />LINO LAKES COMPREHENSIVE PARK PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT GUIDE <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has updated its Comprehensive Park <br />Plan and Development Guide in 1994; <br />WHEREAS, the site originally selected for Recreation Complex A-3 <br />located at 12th Street and Holly Drive has become <br />unattainable; <br />WHEREAS, a replacement site for Recreation Complex A-3 has been <br />selected by the Comprehensive Park Plan and Development <br />Guide Committee; <br />WHEREAS, the replacement site location for Recreation Complex A-3 <br />will be at Holly Drive and Ash Street (Co. Rd. J); <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, THAT: <br />1. <br />The Lino Lakes City Council hereby adopts a minor plan <br />amendment to revise the Comprehensive Park Plan and <br />Development Guide to re -locate the site of Recreation <br />Complex A-3 on 12th Street and Holly Drive to Holly Drive <br />and Ash Street (Co. Rd. J). <br />2. The City Administrator is hereby directed to submit the <br />minor plan amendment to the Metropolitan Council for <br />approval. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this <br />day of February , 1994 <br />28th <br />Vernon F. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Bergeson and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, <br />Kuether, Neal. <br />The following voted against same: None, Mayor Reinert was absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution as declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Ref: Resolution <br />
