Council Member Elliott <br />and moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94 - 26 <br />RESOLUTION ABATING THE 1994 INSTALLMENT AND ALL FUTURE INSTALLMENTS <br />FOR SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FUND NO'S 82232 AND 82233 ON PARCEL <br />DESCRIBED AS PIN. 28-31-22-24-0003, 985 BIRCH STREET, PARCELS A AND <br />B, BLACK DUCK ESTATES, SECOND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />the City Council of Lino Lakes has met and heard and <br />passed upon this abatement, and <br />the lot was sold to Michael A. and Lynn A. Swanson and <br />the sale price of the lot included the cost of all <br />special assessments, and <br />the City of Lino Lakes received payment of the special <br />assessment on June 4, 1993, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Lino Lakes, Minnesota, as follows: <br />1. That the 1994 installment and all installments for future <br />years for Special Assessment Fund No's. 82232 and 82233 on <br />property described as PIN. 28-31-22-24-0003, Parcels A and B, <br />Black Duck Estates, Second Addition. <br />2. The City Clerk -Treasurer is hereby authorized and directed to <br />forward a certified copy of resolution to the County Auditor <br />of Anoka County for abatement. <br />- A_ 6 t,L, _1,..),.., ),„ <br />i� <br />Vernon F.
