2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to retum forthwith to all bidders <br />the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful <br />bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been <br />signed. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 13th day of June, 1994. <br />ATTEST: <br />A v 41 <br />Marilyn G..Aerson <br />Clerk -Treasurer <br />Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Neal and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, Neal, <br />Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />
