Council Member Elliott introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94-34 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT OF COUNTRY LAKES ESTATES <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 28th day of June, 1993, fixed a date for a <br />Council hearing on the proposed improvement of Country Lakes Estates, and <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and <br />the hearing was held thereon on the 9th day of August, 1993, at which all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and <br />WHEREAS, the 60 day waiting period from the date of the public hearing expired October 9, 1993 <br />and no petitions against the improvement have been filed with the City Clerk -Treasurer, <br />WHEREAS, a petition signed by 100% of the property owners proposed to be assessed for these <br />improvements has been received petitioning for the improvements and waiving their <br />rights to a public hearing on the improvements, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted the 28th day <br />of June, 1993. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 25th day of July, 199E <br />Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor <br />Marilyn G. nderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Bergeson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
