Council Member Elliott introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94 — 55 <br />RESOLUTION VACATING ALL DRAINAGE, UTILITY AND ROADWAY EASEMENTS IN <br />THE LINO INDUSTRIAL PARK NOT CONTAINED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE <br />APOLLO BUSINESS PARK REPLAT <br />WHEREAS, the owner of lands within the Lino Industrial Park, the <br />City of Lino Lakes has requested that all drainage, <br />utility and roadway easements within the Lino Industrial <br />Park not contained with the boundaries of the Apollo <br />Business Park as shown on the attached map, and <br />WHEREAS, those drainage, utility and roadway easements described <br />above been reviewed by the City Engineer and no adverse <br />future problems were noted, and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on August 8, 1994 before the <br />City Council in the city hall after due published and <br />posted notice had been given by the Clerk -Treasurer on <br />July 21, 1994 and July 28, 1994 and all persons <br />interested were given an opportunity to be heard; and <br />WHEREAS, at least four-fifths of all the members of the City <br />Council concur in this resolution, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the drainage, utility and <br />roadway easements described above and shown on the attached map are <br />hereby vacated. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino kes this 8th day of <br />August, 1994. <br />Vernon F. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Bergeson and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, <br />Kuether, Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
