Council Member Bergeson introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94 - 66 <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PLUMBING PERMIT FEES, MECHANICAL PERMIT <br />FEES AND FIREPLACE PERMIT FEES <br />WHEREAS, plumbing permit fees, mechanical permit fees and <br />fireplace permit fees have not been reviewed or increased <br />by the City Council for approximately 14 years, and <br />WHEREAS, in an effort to update the City Council on the present <br />fee schedules for these particular permits, and to <br />propose increasing the permit fees, the following fees <br />are herewith submitted: <br />Plumbing Permits <br />Mechanical Permits <br />Fireplace Permits <br />$7.00 per fixture <br />$60.00 <br />$25.00 <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of Lino Lakes, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota that the above stated permit fees be <br />adopted. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the effective date of the fee <br />increases be January 1, 1995. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota this 22nd day <br />of August, 1994. <br />Vernon F. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the forgoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Neal, and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, <br />Neal, Reinert. <br />The followed voted against same: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
