Council Member Elliott introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94 - 68 <br />RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT FOR SEWER AND WATER <br />UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS FOR A PORTION OF WARE ROAD <br />WHEREAS; pursuant to resolution of the City Council adopted August <br />22, 1994, a report has been ordered with reference to the <br />proposed improvement for sewer and water utility <br />improvement for a portion of Ware Road (see map), and <br />this report will be received by the City Council on <br />September 12, 1994, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The City Council will consider the improvement for sewer <br />and water utility improvement for a portion of Ware Road <br />in accordance with the report and the assessment of <br />benefitted property for all or a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter <br />429 and Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter at an <br />estimated cost of $50,000.00. <br />2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvement of the 26th day of September, 1994 in the <br />council chambers of the city hall at 7:00 P.M. and the <br />Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of such <br />hearing and improvements as required by law. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd day of <br />August, 1994. <br />Vernon F. Anderson, Clerk <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Kuether and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, <br />Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: none. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
